Important Farm Wagon Updates

Beginning May 1, 2025, Community Harvest Food Bank will have a few changes to the Farm Wagon program schedule. This schedule, now available on our website, will have the following changes:

  • The Farm Wagon that previously took place at our North Coliseum location (1010 N. Coliseum Blvd., Fort Wayne) on Tuesdays will no longer operate. Those who previously attended that distribution are encouraged to attend our other local distributions at St. Peter’s Catholic Church and our Saturday Helping Hands distribution on the Schedule.

  • DeKalb County will now have a new Farm Wagon location to take place on alternating weeks. The Garrett United Methodist Church stop will now take place on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Monday of each month, and the new Heimach Center stop will take place on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.

  • For distributions that contain government product (TEFAP), the government has stopped the requirement for addresses. It now asks for only zip code and county. As always, this form is not required to obtain non-government food, but it is a requirement to receive TEFAP product.
